More than just a call center, CMD is a privately held, US-based, multi-platform solutions provider for local and state government departments who face customer service and operational challenges. Our 9,000 square-foot call center is located in Hunt Valley of Baltimore County, Maryland. 

CMD currently manages well over 1,500,000 customer inquires annually. Our staff work from our call center and from home and all at home customer services representatives live within a 50 mile radius of the office so that initial in person and one-on-one in person training can take place as needed.
